Asbuilt's Standard Floor
Plan includes interior and exterior walls, windows, doors,
openings, skylights, exposed beams, stairs, soffits, built-ins,
plumbing fixtures, HVAC registers, accessible measurable
spaces. Does not include exposed framing, electrical or lighting. |
Our Basic Floor Plan is minimal in details, but locates all walls, windows, doors, columns, posts and stairs. Does not include window type.

This includes a poly-line of walls and jambs only. Exterior
wall line is defaulted at 6" offset. |

Usually needed for space planning, this includes balconies,
attached decks and patios with direct interior access. |

Our Standard Site
Plan illustrates structures and key surfaces relative to each other. Also, the power
drop location, exposed utilities, Roof Plan and a line representation of the main neighboring
structure assumed to be within 10' of the side property lines.
Our Site Plans do not include topography elevation lines.
Property
Line dimensions and bearings are extracted from tax assessor maps. They are illustrated and placed relative to public right-of-way information and legacy landmarks i.e., garden walls, hedges, etc.
The precise and legal location of the property lines are not determined and not guaranteed by Asbuilt.
