Using our patented RODS 3D field data collection tool, along with our FARO Focus 3D Laser Scanner, the speed which we can collect the data necessary for a complete model is unparalleled in the industry. The attention to detail that has been the hallmark of our 2D services for over 25 years carries right into our Revit modeling, giving you a functional and valuable tool to start your project.

- Components to be modeled – plumbing fixtures, casework, etc. These elements can all be added or removed depending on the scope of work.
- Level of detail for architectural and structural components. We have the knowledge and the capability to handle the most complex structures and systems.
- Revit-specific preferences for the “under the hood” technical aspects of the model. Do you have a library of families that you would like us to use? A naming convention for Reference Planes? Those discussions are essential to producing a successful Revit model, and we will make sure that your input is applied to the project.
- Deliverables. We can produce 2D drawings in DWG and PDF formats from the Revit model, and our in-house rendering expert can work with you on marketing and presentation images. Our models are built such that any section cut or camera angle will be as accurate as any other.
