ROOF PLANS

What is included in a Roof Plan?

A Roof Plan includes the roof outline with valleys, ridges, hips, slope drainage, parapet walls, and mechanical equipment. Does not include HVAC ducting.

Do you include the roof plan as part of the floor plans?

No. A Roof Plan is a separate service.

REFLECTED CEILING PLANS

What is included in a Reflected Ceiling Plan?

A reflected Ceiling Plan includes lighting fixtures, moulding, ornamentation, HVAC, soffits, exposed beams skylights, etc.

If I order an electrical and lighting plan and a detailed floor why do I need an RCP?

If you order a detailed floor plan and an electrical and lighting plan, you do not need an RCP unless you require the ornamentation and trim.

Will you do an RCP above the ceiling tile?

Yes, but the ceiling tiles must be removed for us prior to our arrival onsite.

Can you do MEP Plans?

Yes.

Can you locate MEP Risers, Mains & their major runs?

Yes

MEP Risers or Mains = pipes, conduits and ducts that penetrate walls and floors and extend into other rooms. MEP mains are also referred to as penetrations. Major runs are the pipes, conduits and ducts that stem from the main to feed smaller pipes conduits and ducts. For instance, most sprinkler systems have a major pipe that runs across the ceiling and feeds the sprinkler heads. It is called the sprinkler main.

Can you annotate what each MEP element is?
